Do you charge sales tax?

We are legally obligated to collect sales tax for shipments to California only.

Shipping

Most items we sell are shipped via UPS. ALL ITEMS SHIP FULLY INSURED AGAINST FREIGHT DAMAGE. Large items (such as commerical fans and large HRVs) must be shipped via truck freight. However, we are happy to make any arrangements that are required.

To determine transit time see the ship time maps on the individual product pages or give us a call. We ship from multiple warehouses.

Canadian Orders

HVACQuick is pleased to accept orders from Canada. Please add items to your basket and purchase the product. Shipping costs will not be shown during checkout since we do not maintain a database of Canadian shipping rates. We will advise and bill you the ACTUAL cost of the shipment once it is available from UPS/USPS. Please note that additional charges such as duties and Canadian taxes may apply (typically collected by UPS/USPS). If you would like a specific service used (such as USPS) please note that during the checkout or give us a call.
