COVID-19 & Manufacturer Updates

...[5/12/2021] We are currently operating under normal business and shipping hours. We are practicing evey possible protection measure with our staff and have shifted some of our customer service to offsite locations. We are not seeing any major disruptions among most of our commercial product suppliers and manufacturers.

...[5/12/2021] Seiho factory lead times are 4x longer than traditionally. We are trying to maintain a high stocking level but are starting to run out of some items. Please call for availability on larger qty orders.

...[5/12/2021] Lifebreath production time is extended on most products beyond the traditional 3-4 weeks. Please call for availability on all products NOT marked as In-Stock.

We are always looking for new vendors/suppliers who offer quality products. We maintain a large stock inventory in Oregon and sell both online and through our Oregon showroom. Canadian Orders

We love orders from our Canadian friends! Whenever you see the Canadian maple leaf icon  ()   the products displayed on that page can ship to any Canadian province.

How does shipping work? Please add the items your would like to purchase to your basket and do a standard checkout/purchase. You will be able to enter your Canadian shipping address into the checkout page but the shipping costs will not always be shown during checkout (only displayed for certain provinces). If the shipping cost is not shown, we will advise and bill you the ACTUAL cost (if you approve) of the shipment once it is available from UPS/USPS. Please note that additional charges such as duties and Canadian taxes may apply (typically collected by UPS/USPS during delivery).

Our default Canadian shipping service is UPS but we will ship US Postal Service (USPS) on request. USPS shipments are typically delivered by the Canadian Postal Service. Just note your preferred shipping method during checkout (notes section) or give us a call at 888-855-7229.
