 DU Units:
Magic Aire DU Series Fan Coils are designed for upscale homes, apartments, and condominiums. Engineered with the distributor and installer in mind, one unit satisfies all demands. Now Available with Multi-Function Controller for easier installation. The Premium Quality, High Seer Combination Fan Coil Units for Vertical and Horizontal Application with Hydronic or Electric Heat.

DV Units:
Vertical direct drive air handlers are especially adaptable for installation in an apartment closet type area. Unit design allows for connection to remote condensing units, chillers and water heating systems. These units are available in 1 to 2.5 ton sizes.

CH Units:
Horizontal uncased fan coil units. Product features include: Valve packages, optional return air filter plenum with one inch throwaway filter, multiple chilled water, DX, hot water and electric heat heating and cooling combinations.

DH Units:
Horizontal direct drive chilled water/DX air units. Available in 1.0 to 2.5 ton configurations.
