#1 Q:   Are these rated for a range of CFM, one specific cfm, or one sizes fits all?
A:   They are sized based on the opening to match the duct size. Lomanco does not provide any criteria for CFM other than the vents are sized for typical CFM encountered in a duct size.

#2 Q:   Hoe does it get installed on to existing asphalt shingled roof?
A:   They would need the shingles pulled back so it could be sealed against the sheathing. Here is the IOM.... http://www.hvacquick.com/catalog_files/Lomanco_700_Series_IOM.pdf
