Paint-Grade-Premier-Series: Add the finishing touch to your home by replacing stamped-metal grilles with beautiful, high-quality wood return air grilles. Made with the highest quality tongue-and-groove technique, each piece is nailed and glued to endure the strongest, most long-lasting construction.  These grilles come with an easy-to-install metal sleeve that holds a standard 1" A/C filter and ensures a flush wall mount without tools.

All sizes are listed width x height (W x H) to ensure louvers/blades run parallel to the floor. The metal sleeve requires a 3" depth. The opening size is the listed size plus 1/8 inch for clearance. Covers are ordered based on the size of the opening you are covering. The overall dimensions will be larger due to the 2" decorative outer casing/flange. REMOVE the old vent cover and measure the inside opening. For example, the PGF2520 (a 25" W x 20" H list size vent cover) requires a minimum opening of 25-1/8" W x 20-1/8" H.
