#1 Q:   How much sq.ft. of gable louvre ventilation is needed in the attic to allow for exhausting the fan.
A:   The HV1000 requires a minimum of 3 square feet and the HV1600 requires a minimum of 5 square feet of attic exhaust area.

#2 Q:   Is it possible to get this fan with ECM completely variable 0% to 100% motor with either a remote control or hard wired wall mounted control?
A:   These fans are not available in ECM...only Airscape and even they cant be varied like that, though the large ones have 5-6 speeds.
